How do you adjust the shape and size of just the breasts on genisis female, when have played about with the chest it just looks wrong as messes with all the chest size etc

You could try scaling the pectoral bones, but the main shaping morphs - including breasts size - are in the Genesis Evolution Body Morphs.

With Genesis selected > Parameters Tab > Select Actor > Upper Body > Dial the morphs you want to use.
