I’m very beginner and i’m not native english so i apologize for language mistakes
Can someone tell me how to make (or at least some hints) Snow Flake from this link below.
Most important - hairs, clothes and hair ribbon.

Do not the the set that ladyofmanyfaces has linked to is only textures for other sets.

THe clothes that you would need to buy are listed as required prouducts, The V4 MFD, THe V4MFD accessories pack and the Fantasy accessories for the Pharoahs of the Sun

First I am going to ask what software you are using? Is it Daz Studio? Poser? or something else?

If you use Poser, you will need to use V4 (Victoria 4- Daz3d Figure) and you will need clothing for V4. As Chohole mentioned if you want to use the texture set that ladyofmanyfaces suggested, you will first need the Morphing Fantasy Dress for V4. You can find it here:

If you are using Daz Studio, you can use either V4 or Genesis. The Morphing Fantasy Dress for Genesis is here:

The textures that ladyofmanyfaces suggested should work for either dress.
