Truck and trailer modeled in Hex and rendered in DAZ Studio 3. The barn and trees are other models in the background.

Aaah - I was just going to go begging for a tutorial:)
To model trees to that level of detail takes some serious dedication. I guess the leaves are transmaps?

A Ball
Well after removing the dust bunnies, I found I could render without it seizing up. So as a break from repairing naff model I used a spare glass thingy I made recently for something else.
EDIT: Scale ? Well the tree is 10 metres tall.
