This is my thread

I really wanted to set up a bit of a personal gallery, of completed renders and my progressions on personal projects. I haven’t yet set up a gallery in deviantart yet, although I’m a member with them… But When I do, I’ll have a link for that.

Bit about myself: I love everything ART!, I’m into Concept Design (Environments, Sets, Cosumes, Props, Characters… The works), 3D character art (Daz), 3D Set, Props and Environment creation (3DS Max), Digital Painting, Cell Shading and Toons, Sketches (By hand and on Photoshop, Illustrator) and so on.

Daz has become my virtual model studio for human anatomy and lighting, it’s oftern what I use as reference (Along with photo’s of course) for the human figure in my detailed digital paintings for concept design etc.

I currently have a Major long-term project going, which I’ve titled ‘Project: Bloodline’ I’ve been working on it since I was in grade 7 (13yrs old) It’s basically a full Graphic Novel and has a Novel counterpart. (For the record, It’s been a WIP for 9yrs now) Most of my design work stems from that project.

Couple of Digital Paintings… One is a Character/Costume concept artwork (Digital Painting/Sketch) Using a Genesis character for reference. The other was a Digital painting for fun, which I used as my FB banner lol) Again, using a Gn character in Daz for reference.

And an early Rotation concept of the costume for the digital painting (Photoshop, Cell shading)

A 3ds Max render I did… Re-creating the Resident evil Laser hall set. Took about 3hrs+ to render!!

EDIT: Added the earlier RE Laser hall set I made from RE1 It was notably wider, had stainless steel walls and a much blue-er atmosphere. On high quality (6hr + render time) the stainless steel wall panels lost its reflection to a washed out appearance and didnt look right, so I re-made it to the other one. But here is the low res version with the reflections.

A digital painting. WIP. Costume Design. I actually upgraded the Daz 3d character, I used as reference for this work… So i’ll be re-designing this one lol
