Is there a problem with the store that I am not aware of?  Should I send in a trouble/support ticket?

I was trying to download Pumps For V5 by dx30 (13485_PumpsForV5_1.1_trx.exe - pc) when I saw this error message:

Oddly enough, I was able to download the metadata for Pumps for V5.  I was also able to download Daz Studio 4.5 without any problem

I am using Mozilla Firefox 15.0 beta on a home wireless 802.11b network.

Store did go down for a while, so possibly try again

I tried to download the setup file, but I saw the same error message.  I’ll send a support ticket tomorrow afternoon.  I only have one download retry left.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

You can always reset downloads to get more tries.

Oh yeah, I forgot.

I was able to download the zip file though.  I thought the archives for Macintosh were in .sit or .dmg. format.  Oh wait.. I don’t see a folder that says “runtime” in the zip file.

Thanks for helping me out.  I’ll go reset my downloads.
