When I have the scene and two characters.

Sometimes DAZ3D 4.5 does not save my work in DAZ3D. I have to delete the scene or have one character on stage.

But only sometimes happens, I have:

Inter Pentium Processor T4500
Intel GMA 4500M
2 GB DDR3 Memory
320 GB HDD

Software problem or hardware resources need?

looks like hardware to me

I have 3GB of Memory and I struggle with two characters (Genesis) and a background prop. So with you having 2 GB I would say that is your problem.
