Skiriki, I have not forgotten about putting up the ginger beer recipe.

No worries. I can wait.

The recipe is in my cookbook slash doodle book, so I’m going to have to type it out and give some instruction on how to do it all.

The recipe is for 20ltrs so I have to try and work out all the measurements again. And I’ll need to give a few tips on prep and bottling.
