Great! now i am going to live the rest of my life as a zombie!  alive but dead.  Going through the motions of life but not really feeling anything.

no wombats on suburban Adelaide but termites aplenty, they destroy homes pretty quickly!
my neighbours have had them but only in my shed and gumtree sofar (treated)
touch wood!
our possums are cute unlike American ones which look vicious

I don’t know about that I was bitten by a possum once - it took a big chunk out of my arm.

But it was my own stupid fault for trying to rescue it from a dog.

yeah even koalas can scratch the bugger out of you but at least we don’t have rabies!

Great I get bitten by a raccoon in my dream so now I will be a zombie with rabies!  oh dear.

possums are the Australian version and opossums are the North American kind.

I’m old school, merican possums is for eating not looking at. Come to think of it most fauna was food when I was growing up. Possum, Coon, Rabbit, tree rats (squirrel), deer, boar, turkey, pheasant, quail, bull frog, all critters had a place on somebodies table in the not so olden days. It takes quite some time to switch from hey look at all that meat too, hey look isn’t that buck one beautiful animal.
