my name is lisa, living in the netherlands and i’m new here
but i have a question to, i cannot download a product because windows apear and say page not founding,
I remove the cookies reset the downloads,nottings works, how can i download now??

Are you Using IE as your Browser? If you are that is a known problem for some people. Try a different Browser and it should work. Daz is working on that but it still needs to be fixed at this time.

Welcome to the forums. As Jaderail said please try a different browser and see if that works. If not post a thread in the New Users area and we’ll try and get it sorted for you.

yes i’m working with IE, and all my other downloads are not a problem only this one?

sorry power member i see now your answer, yes i can click on the download then the windows come and say page not be found,

finally able to download it now! thank God
