I’ve a great problem: I bought some items about a month ago.
Unfortunately I’ve forgotten to download it… and now I can’t find it anymore :(

Is there any chance I can still download the items?

If you go to “My account” ( you will need to log in again, as it is held in the secure area of the site)

On your account dashboard select “Itemised Order History”  from the left hand menu, and you will find a list of items you have previously purchased, scroll down the list until you find the item, and then click the reset button.

Resets are normally granted within 30 minutes, and you will then be able to download them from “My Downloadable Products”
