I am looking for clothes for extremely poor people. I am thinking ragged, torn, etc. Does anyone have or know of something like this?

I saw the patched add on solution but I need something that will allow ragged ends as well. Something like “Grim”. Grim could work but it is only for M1 and M2. Ideas?
