Other things I want to mention:
1.) Towel Set for Genesis is going to get a new version in the next few days according to what was mentioned in another thread.
2.) Some things to do and remember if a bundle needs an upgraded item or is missing an item.
A.) Make a note of the SKU of the bundle and the SKU for the item that needs to be upgraded or got omitted from it.
If the bundle was a limited time one or is no longer in the store, you can look at your order for it to get the SKU if your unable to find it.
Remember to mention the SKUs when you submit your bug report or if you phone support to report the problem.
By knowing the SKUs support can get the bundle fixed quicker.
B) If you contact support via phone and report it the bundle can sometimes get fixed while your on the phone, and if this is done you can check to make sure all the links are working while on the phone with support.
C.) When the problem with your bundle is “fixed” check to make sure the upgraded or missing item’s links are working. Sometimes a link may have a problem even after a bundle has been “fixed”. If this does happen contact support again and report the problem.
Check both PC & Mac links.
D.) If you go to report a bundle needs to be updated that you have, if you know the item is in another bundle as well that you don’t have you might want to mention that bundle too when you contact support, as it will help out your fellow Daz users.
Example: If you know an item needs to be updated in the Victoria 5 Pro bundle, it most likely needs to be updated in the Victoria 5 Pro Suite as well.
E.) It can take 30 minutes to several days for a bundle to get fixed after it has been reported, so be patient.
