The first rushed version of a leotard for Aiko3, default body is out !

this version has problems

but is usable

but has problems

but they may be fixed in the next version

the collarbones can not be moved much without incurring major poke-through
so you should probably zero and lock those

version 2 (yes already) fixes problems with the collar/neck of the leotard, i moved the geometry from the neck group to the chest group

the figure is not textured but i included 3 texture images in the runtime/textures/mcasual folder

great poses they look very dynamic

well unfortunately the many quirks of the first version of the leotard dont allow the flying poses

which fixes neck problems

i re-grouped the leotard’s ‘s collar/neck under the chest node

and it behaves a lot better

later today i should post a new version of the leotard with all the ‘bend’ morphs
so she’ll be able to raise her shoulders which is needed for flight purposes

Great work! It looks like the superpower poses became a good QA tool. I will have to try this out on Sylfie or Mulberry when finished. Many of the A3 characters come with separate head & body morphs, so default A3 body should not be an issue. I believe the Thorne & Sarsa A3s come with head, body and neck fix morphs. The neck fix is specifically so you can use the default body with the custom head.

which will include CollarBend and ShldrBend morphs
which means, superhero flight poses will be possible
( meaning you can turn up the collarbones without incurring the FCC’s wrath )

it contains the collar-bend morph which makes possible collar-bone movements without poke-through incidents

nice surprise ( i should not be surprised but hey )

with DS3 and the morph-follower i had some issues with the hems , but in your DS4 renders they all look fine

Note that there is a tear in the back / bottom of the leotard/swimsuit between the buttocks
it’s only visible when applying certain morphs
but in the next version i will weld/sew it

next time i make a figure i’ll probably use DS4’s morphs instead of DS3

i completed the glutbig morph )

I did notice the tear and there were a couple of other very minor problems but, for an autofit, it turns out well enough. Unless you are doing some funky render angles or just want to pick nits the issues really aren’t bad.

I’ve seen commercial products that don’t work as well on the character they were made for!

the leotard/swimsuit will comprise 44 morphs, basically Aiko3’s full set of morphs
(which meant making 170 partial body morphs )
there’s just some minor poke-trough i have to fix,
and a rarely-seen tear at the back (that part may be tricky)

release of version mcjA3Leo3 is expected by Sunday
( rumours emanating from the lab say it could be Saturday )
