Got the full version today now to have a play also the new update was released today too.

Version 2.0.5 Update
As promised, here’s the new update. This version provides bug fixes as well as some new features and options. Below is a list of changes:

Bug Fixes:

* Mouse up over canvas when using zoom slider not responding
* Blank brush when painting with normal map
* SM2 returns to smaller screen (if already at full screen) when returning from external editor change.
* OBJ import not working on newer Max export versions

New Features:

* OBJ quad support
* Brightened external visualizer button
* Dimmed scroll arrows when nothing to scroll
* Remember view state when returning from normal map painting or map setup
* Path continuation when setting up external editors

* Source Map changes
- Got rid of source warning when editing
- Lock source map when editing - send copy to external editor - and keep track of changes (just like the other maps)
- Allow save source map to file

* Optimize GPU usage (LOW/MID/HIGH STATES)
* Automatic setup of maps for map export
* Option to force tile type for Source Maps
* Option to select default project geometry
* Don’t lock Normal/Disp map on cancel Normal Editor
* Shift + Mouse scroll over float slider increments by integer
* Support page built in to ShaderMap 2
* Vector reset button in the V Brush tool panel

Wow!! Did you see the video were he painted the normal-map? Real-time painting on a model and you could see the difference right away.

BUG FIXES:

* Map output file paths not being saved.

NEW FEATURES:

* Improve the Normal->Disp map plugin. Add contrast and height controls.
* Increase contrast range for Diff->Disp map plugin.
* Double click an entry in the “Map List / Add Maps to Project” list do the same as using the <- button
* Button next to the zoom slider to set the current zoom state of map to all of the other maps connected to it with same size
* Button next to the zoom slider to auto fit (zoom) the selected map to the canvas
* Option to always link zoom states for maps connected to each other with the same size
* Option for linear mag filter for the map viewer
* Option for linear mag filter for the normal editor
* Map control button to refresh source map from file
