Nah, the big, balding guy (sans poster) is Mr. Incredulous! The cousin of Mr. Incredible! He just can’t believe it.

Golden Member used to work in a smelting plant, until an unfortunate accident increased his net worth immensely. Not to mention his weight. Now his day job is working as a jeweler.

Together, the two are an incredulous duo more dangerous than their cousins a couple of cities over.

They are always getting chewed out by Mrs. Incredulous for destroying expensive buildings during their… ahem, public services.
