Digital Art Zone

I purchased Morphia and the V4 Magnet Fits today and in My Downloadable Products I have the following files
Morphia - IM00005755_morphia.zip
V4 Magnet Fits: Morphia - IM00005821_v4-magnet-fits-morphia.zip
but when I try to download the files I get the message they are unavailable.  It’s only these zip files I’m having trouble dowloading as everything else dowloads okay.  Does anyone know how I can get my files?

This seems to happen when the sale goes through while they are switching out the installers for zip files.  It usually clears up if you try later, otherwise try resetting the items.

Also, Internet Explorer seems to be having extra trouble with the zips - if you use that you may want to try a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, for downloading. You don’t have to make the other browser your default if you are essentially happy with IE, and hopefully the issue will be resolved at the DAZ end in due course.
