There are a couple of morphs that SHOULD be Pose Morphs, IMHO.

One is the Iris Diameter morph.  That should absolutely be a pose morph.

Is there a way to alter the morph to turn it into a pose morph?

You can use the Property Editor to change the grouping and location of a parameter. Then you need to resave the morph, File>Save as>Support Asset>Morph.
