You’re welcome! As for the Help file there can be different reasons why they won’t work, there are some solutions for some of them here:

I like your history tool so much, I tried the downloader tool, but I found that version 3DConDoDAZ_a1092 has the same login problem with the &. Is there an updated version?

Yes, I believe a1096 is the latest.

Thanks, I found a1096b, and that lets me login.

The latest version is:

It should fix the problem Miss Bad Wold ran into where certain characters in the product name would cause it to crash.

The RR and RDNA versions still have the password problem but they will be updated later today.
