It varies—some are just metadata fixes, some have product fixes as well.  Are there any in particular you want to know about?

And metadata will still work if you use your own categories—the Smart Content tab will let you filter by your own categories (instead of, or in addition to, the default categories).  As long as you haven’t moved the physical files the metadata works fine,
