MotionBuilder 2013 bvh export explodes ToonBot figure

I exported a ToonBot figure as a fbx into MotionBuilder 2013, and characterize it and put a control rig. Works perfect in MB2013, then export it back as a BVH on my model; then KAPOW!!! Robot parts everywhere! Well not everywhere, just exploding his arms, head and legs. Is there a special setting when exporting it as a fbx. I'm using Daz 3Advance with FBX exporter. Thanks in advance for your help!
