Problems installing plugins

I’m trying to install FBX Exporter Plugin but I get this message:
The Instalation Path for DAZ Studio could not be found. “FBX Exporter cannot be installed. Setup will now quit.

What is going on here?

Which version are you using? The plugin is included with DS4 Pro.

I’m useing both DAZ 3 and Daz 4 Pro. I’m trying to export a figure to 3ds and this plugin looked useful. Yes I have tried to exported as a DAE but I can’t seem to get it right.

As I said, if you have entered the pro serial number for DS4 you should already have access to FBX export as far as I recall.
