If you want to simulate a prismatic look, duplicate your main light three times and make sure they stay in exactly the same position. Now, change one light to blue, one to red and one to green. If your light is set to 100% intensity, then set each light to 33%. If it’s brighter or dimmer, set each one to a third of the desired output. The light is cumulative.
The RGB value of the combined light will give a white light, but the caustics will break the component colors apart similar to a prism. Please note, that it won’t be real world accurate as the geometry the light passes through has no volume and isn’t bent realistically, but it’s a cool approximation and a nifty little trick.
