Played around with the TreadZ last night, and I have to say that at first blush, I love them.
Not entirely used to the "hide feet" option instead of foot/heel poses, but I'll get used to it.
Had a couple of questions, though.
Were the various heel/sole morphs tested with crouching/sitting/kneeling poses? I didn't have time last night to crank out any example renders, and I promise I'll do so when I get home, but just as an example:
I put the TreadZ onto the Genesis figure (basic female), set them to the high wedge heel, with the flattest sole possible, and then applied a "Basic Female" sitting pose from the standard Genesis poses. At this point, the heels of the TreadZ took on a life of their own and... I guess the best word is "Folded" into the sole.
I had no such observations on any standing pose. Only with crouching/sitting/kneeling, and one of the Aiko poses. I forget the number, but it's a typical "laying prone, legs bent at the knee, feet in the air" cutesy type pose.
Is this one of those cases where I should apply the pose to the figure first, then the morphs to the shoes?
I will get pictures later when I'm not at work.
