Is this a bug , or do I have save as Prop/Figure always while develop something new ??

DS should save items that haven't been saved as assets within the scene file, but that seems to be problematic at least some of the time. I would strongly advise saving as an asset, not trusting a straight scene save, and I would also advise making a bug report.

Ditto. As a clothing maker I ALWAYS save to library before closing for the day.

First thing I do after I've got a conformer rigged and "fitted to" Genesis is to save a "hard copy", and by that I mean "Figure/Prop Asset", last thing you want is your work ending up in that big melting pot called "data/auto_adapted". After you have your "hard copy" you can carry on working on it, and then use "save as > support asset > save modified asset" to update your "hard copy", but only if your working on the rig, WM or grouping, if you add morphs then use the "morph asset" to save them.
