Well, I bought the original in 2009 ... but not as a bundle.
I am surprised the store did find the original as they can’t make the duplication check find out whether you bought something before - but somehow they did in this case.

I like Bryce, DazStudio, Poser and Vue ... in alphabetical order. And I would probably like Carrara too, if I could find the time to become acquainted with it. Peace?

I am even gladder (does that word exist?) to be one of the lucky ones who don’t have to struggle with Zendesk.

Well, it’s not that bad to have to contact Zendesk - the customer support at Daz is outstandingly good - but it takes time.

Strangely I got an email from daz telling me I was entitled to an 80% discount. I say strangely because I haven’t actualy bought marrakesh souks.

But it makes it confusing. Here I am searching through my itemized order history (125 pages of it) trying to find if I bought the original set; not finding it, and not knowing if that is because I didn’t buy it or because I am supposed to look under a different name.
It looks like they sent it out to everyone saying they bought it and get a discount, when most of them probably didn’t and don’t.
Starting out an email with “SAVE 80%” when most of the recipients don’t, is mean.
