i’m teaching myself how to make some poser prop and using hexagon to created the models. i started with a model of a box of tissues and i’m figuring it out but i want to make the prop have the tissues that stick out from the top of the box and i can’t figure out how to create it. any ideas or suggestions?

If you have poser, you will find the cloth room quite fun for creating an object like a tissue, then bring it in to Hexagon to adjust it ,also you might try a fairly dense grid primitive and use a combination of soft selection and the inflate tool, or utilise both depending on the effect.
Have a box of tissues by so as to get a good reference it will help.
