Issue with saving OBJ files

I just recently purchased a new computer and have been trying to save my Hexagon projects as OBJ files. I don't have a problem doing this unless it's a project in which I've used the boolean operation, and then hexagon will crash on me. Has anyone else been having this problem or can anyone give me some advice on what might be causing the issue?

Yes, we sometimes suffer from the same problems with boolean methods.
Depending on how complicated the result required, there are often other techniques to use.
Some hate using boolean tools and avoid them like the plague, mostly though the results are just bad or poorly cut meshes that can usually be fixed before export.
As with all 3d software we have to take control at the end.
Difficult to make a suggestion without seeing, maybe an image would help.
