I keep getting faulty Installers and zip files. I have been in phone contact as the mail system is not working.
I will call on Monday. I have never seen this site so messed up for so long
The Zendesk system is up and running, and has been for more than a week now. See the announcment, which is at the top of the forum, posted on the 29th May.
I sent a request to the Support Ticket System at about 9:00MDT.
Under normal circumstances CS works a 5 day week, and there is a wee bit of a backlog at the moment, but they are working hard to clear tickets up asap.
I have discovered the reason for the failure of the installers. The Anti-virus software deposed them.
I turned it off and it worked. I have never seen this before. I think the software is getting to possessive.
The zip files using WinZip say invalid archive.
There's a utility to fix the zip files.
This post shows how to use it.
If you fix your EXE files with it, then they might stop triggering your antivirus. (It's worth a try, anyway).
...speaking of installers, could we get a time frame when zip installers will be live for those on the PC platform?
I'm holding off installing anything on the new rig until they do as I am building custom runtimes and .zips are so much easier to work with.
