Applying new morphs into saved scenes

I’ve been creating morphs in Hex and saving them in Daz (4) and so far so good, but whenever I add a morph and open an already-saved scene (i.e., a work in progress female character) the new morphs don’t show.  I tried opening a new scene, loading a blank Genesis, applying the morph, and then merging the two scenes, but the morph still doesn’t show up as an option unless I have the new-scene-Genesis selected. 


Do I have to make all the morphs, then build the character?  Or am I saving the character incorrectly?  I read somewhere on here that saving as a scene was less hassle.

With the Genesis you want to add the morphs to selected, load a new Genesis.  In the resulting dialogue box, tell it to apply it to the current figure.  This will result in a default-shaped Genesis, but don’t panic; just Undo to restore your custom shape/pose.  The new morphs will now be usable.
