I need Optometrist tools created for a kid’s book. Anybody know where I can find some, or able to create some, for me?

Any more specific…I’m guessing you need more than an eye chart?

Lol ... yes. A bit more than an eye chart. It’s for a kid’s book. The child has to go to the eye doctor and get glasses. Here are some pics the author sent me from a visit to her ophthalmologist’s office:

Yes, the textures will be included. I’m only using five textures on it and three of those are common recycled textures I use in many of my products. The other two are extracts from the images you posted above. And just so you know, creating the mesh took about 2 hours,  the texturing took another 2 and 0 in research.

Someone posted a link to a Turbo Squid model for the major optic equipment in the other forum. At the price of $80, that’s cheaper then I quoted you. However, it doesn’t have the table and mounting arms, which I could make if needed.

@ M F M - Thanks for the info and link. Yep, it’s a ophthalmoscope. I am sure I could have done a search to find it, but I had already put too much time in on this.

BTW- I am sure this model is not accurate. I assume there would be a light on the back side, but I had no references to go by (without more searching).

I need a pin for one of my characters, and the only one I can find is part of a set I don’t see me ever having use for. I don’t want to spend the money on something I’ll never use except for one little prop if I can avoid it.

edit: never mind me… didn’t read that it was a freebie texture set for a purchased product <(^_^).

Lol, right, it’s just an example of the kind of pin I want. The set that texture goes to is not really something I want. The pin just happens to be part of an entire outfit for an anime-style character.

If I have to, I’ll but the set and just delete everything but the pin ... lol. But if there is a pin out there like this, either for sale or free, but not attached to a set I don’t need, I’d appreciate it :D.

I had thought about just using a plane, but I need the actual pin for other scenes in the book, where a model is best. So I thank ya’ll for the gifts and links :D

edit: There’s probably one somewhere but figured it would be faster to just make one ... uvmapping a basic triangle Pennant atm.
