Digital Art Zone

I’ve been working for a while on creating an Imperial Officer Uniform with what I can piece together to no avail. I would work with someone on this also if need be. All that is needed to be created from scratch is the jacket/shirt . . . the rest I’ve found or can create myself.

Any help would be amazing.

I’ve done the best that I can and it’s still not good enough . . . it doesn’t take morphs well and it just looks odd. I will literally pay some and pay someone well . . . what I consider well . . . for the creation of this item.
