Not a Poser user, so I can’t help with specific dials, but the biggest difference I see is in the nose…it should be rounder and I think larger. The lips look really good except the peak in the middle of the upper lip, and the eyes look pretty good too (if there’s a way to do it, the top of the lower eyelid should be more straight across, less curved). I think the eyes might be a little too far apart. The overall shape of the face should maybe be a little less round, and/or a little more heart-shaped. It’s hard to say from the images, but I suspect the cheeks could use some work. Very good start, though.
