Hi all,

I have downloaded Decimator as part of the Free DAZ3D Studio package, but after installing it, it asks for a registration number. Looking into my account, I cannot see any registration number in here. I have other registration numbers for other plug-ins, but none for Decimator.

I have contacted the customer support, but no answer so far.

Has anyone else had the same problem? How can I use Decimator?

Although it is included in the Free download I think you have to buy the Registration Key to be able to use it.

Correct.  Due to licensing restrictions Decimator cannot be given away for free by DAZ.  The only way to get it is to buy a license.

Ow, OK. Thanks for the enlightening, but DAZ should then remove it from the free package. It is misleading at best. Especially considering that Decimator is really not cheap…
