How do I get rid of this? Been looking all over for what and why this is here. Can’t get this thing back to normal!!

OK, you are viewing your character as Solid Bounding Box. What you need to do is change it to Texture Shaded.

I’m not sure which style/layout you are using, but check out the attached screenshot and look for a cube with a dropdown arrow.
