I’m signed in, and I’m a Platinum Club member, but I get an error message saying I’m not authorized to view that forum.  Do I have to be a member of something else too?

The MY SUBSCRIPTIONS page says I’m a Platinum Club member until October 31 2013.  I want to buy something that’s on sale and I probably won’t get a response from the DAZ support crew until after New Years.

So that means you renewd your membership in October 2012 ?  Just making sure we have this all right before we go any further.

No, I didn’t renew it.  I bought a new Platinum Club Membership annual subscription for $99.95 on October 30 2012.  The order says: Subscription Start 10/31/12.
