Just installed Studio 4.5 Pro on Win 8 PC I think I have DL’d Genesis but have no content anywhere. Under FILES is a gold tab ALL and nothing. Any help out there?

You should have a download for the essentials pack in your downloads, alongside your DS 4,5 download.

Hmmmm….All that downloaded was DAZStudio_4.5.1.6_Win32.exe Is it supposed to be a separate exe file? Because that did not happen. Any help is appreciated.

Have you looked in your account page under My Downloadable Products for Genesis Starter Essentials 1.6 - exe - pc it it isn’t there then reset Daz Studio 4.5 via Itemized Order History
It will be amoung other downloads as my example pic shows
