I downloaded the Daz 4.5 pro and install all the products that came with it, but every time I start it up it wants me to put in SN #. Is this not included like GOZ and photoshop plugins?

No, due to licensing issues it has to be bought, then you will receive a serial # to activate it.  There should be a little check box on the pop up to tell it to stop popping up.

Added to what jestmart said above you can stop plug-in window from displaying when DS opens by either checking the “Do not show this window again” box in the plug-in registration window itself or via Preferences (F2) > Start Up.
