As i’m a UK Carrara user I rarely see good customer service, so just wanted to say that Eric at Digital Carvers Guild wins my personal WOW customer service award for 2012, I email him around an hour ago for some lost SN’s and he’s just sent them.
On Xmas eve that’s GOOD customer service.
