If you are just starting out it may be best to just stick to Genesis stuff until you have more of a handle on things.
There are som very good free morph sets for Genesis

The main issue Im having is I dont know how to get those things to work.

For instance, I downloaded this…

But couldnt get it to work.  I know they are presets, but Im not sure where to put them or how to get them to work.  Looked for instructions but couldnt find any that helped.

As you are a Newish User I highly recomend you stay with Genesis only content until you get a better idea how things work. Read some threads in the different forums that sound interesting. Ask some questions before you leap, and wait until you are sure you understand the answers before you move ahead to new things. You will save both time and Money. I’ve been at this for over 4 years and I’m still learning as I go.
