Problem with shadows

edited December 2012 in New Users

I use Poser Pro. When I render, in areas of overlap(for example Foot - floor), shadows are not right. I attach render

Why?

I do not use Poser, so I don t know if Poser has this function, but in DS you can use the Shadow Bias function to correct that. In this case lower the Shadow Bias value, to bring the shadow closer to the feet.

He's correct. Check under your light settings to correct this. The lights casting shadows are the ones you need to look at. I've attached an image to show you where to look. Of course, these issues don't usually persist with raytraced shadows.
