problem reinstalling hex to work

Like to use hexagon for all my modelling
Hate to experience this and dont know to solve it failed to reinstall with code rodent work
Happy to get it for only $1.99 so what can you suggest to solve issue?

Just for your information, Hexagon is now free.  You can purchase it from the Sore for $0.0, and then you will get a new Serial Number for it, if that is what is wrong.

Your serail number for Hex should be in your My Account area under available Serial Numbers.  What version are you trying to install, and what OS are you using?
