On average - how long should it take for customer support to get back to me. I cannot register my legal copy of Carrara after updating as the serial code has become invalid. I sent a help request over 24 hours ago and am still waiting. I’m right in the middle of a job and need it resolved ASAP.
I had a similar problem at the start of the year but the issue was resolved within hours.
Any help most welcome.
