I’ve added a Platinum club renewal to my cart at $69.99: but in my cart it is always $99.99. Is there a reason for this?

Britney (Sales) told me to go to this thread to straighten out my PC Subscription mess, but all it does is take me to my Dashboard.

It may help if you clear your Browser cache and then do a hard refresh to completely clear the cache and load a fresh instance of the site.

Ctrl=F5   or Shift+Browser refresh button       or Shift+Ctrl+R are various ways of doing this.

If you’re having issues with your membership, then I guess the link to the Members Only forum will greet you with a dead end… or is your membership currently active? (ie can you see $1.99 items in the store?)
