Why, I only ever render in Bryce. Nothing in the contest rules say you can't do your entry in Bryce. Bryce roolz, OK
I adore Bryce. But I would feel like I was cheating if I did a whole contest entry in it, because I've been using it so long I can't even remember when I got it... I'm thinking 2001-ish? So not really a new user there. DAZ studio, on the other hand, I'm a total newbie. Blender, too. That's next on my list of programs to conquer.

Here's a render I did for a Christmas card 2 years ago. It consisted of 2 separate renders layered one over the other in postwork with the text added as a separate layer.

BWSman thanks for posting that great example and great image.
I don't do xmas at all but I have made a couple of xmas greeting images when I started. Not the most typical of images though.
