Daz Elite Amy and DAZ elite Katie are both freckled. I can’t recall whether they have reddish eyebrows as well though. Morris’s Bell does, and I think RebelMommy has a couple as well, RM Cynthia for example.
If you are using Studio and can switch UVs there are some freckled kid’s textures also, like Rachel (and Roddy).
A lot depends on how freckled you need them. The dainty little freckles across the nose and cheekbones of an otherwise clear complexion isn’t hard to find. But a full-out freckled texture isn’t as common.
