I’m not sure if I’m posting this in the right place, but the Daz site no longer seems to be recognizing my status as a Platinum Club member.

I’m guessing this has something to do with having a previous (suspended) subscription also listed in my subscriptions box, but I’m not sure as, previously, it was working fine.

There have been some problems with members not being recognised, but I’m sure Support can sort it out for you.
