Digital Art Zone

I found PostVistaPE on my C; drive today!  I did a recovery a few days ago and it may have come from there.  It wasn’t on there before and was hoping someone knows what it is and how do i get rid of it.  It’s for Vista and I am running Win 7.

A Google search didn’t turn up much, but ti does seem to be associated with using system restore.
