Duplicate Formula Problem

I just reinstalled my OS, then reinstalled DS4 Pro, and when I launched it, it gave me the Duplicate Formula error. This is just the basic, no thrills installation. What gives?

Is this DS 4.03.47 or DS 4.5RC?

Check the log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View log) - if you scroll to the end you should see a list of the morphs that are throwing the error.
