Customers who purchased all the BIA Bonus Category Items, will receive a bonus choice option for free.  If you have purchased all of the qualifying items please respond to the e-mail with your choice of bonus item and it will be placed into your account by DAZ Customer Service.

If you believe you qualify for the bonus but don’t receive the email please check your Order History to make sure you didn’t miss one or more of the required items, and check your spam filters to ensure the email hasn’t been wrongly discarded.

Wow, this is nice to hear. I figured we’d have to wait 30 days, to make sure we didn’t return any of the items.

Since the hurricane knocked out power for many of us, is there any extention of the time to buy it all?

I was bummed that I had to wait 30 days because all I use now is Genesis and a M4 base ><

I bought Stephanie 5 Pro Bundle on 10/12 when it went on sale, because I wasn’t sure I’ll go for the BIA at that point, but now would like to get that bundle as bonus item. Do I have to get a refund on my purchase first and then get the bundle again with the bonus mails, or should I just contact support when mails have arrived, even if they might be late and slightly over the 30 days period ? I already have V5/M5 Pro bundles, so these are no options.

I know I haven’t gotten one yet but I figure if they go by sign up date or Alphabetical I would be a ways down the list. Anyone?

I’ve been wondering the same thing…I know I didn’t get one
