We need a lot more info than that to help.

What Version of Daz Studio 4.?????or 4.5?????, what Os and what are you trying to Import?

that message will come up if you have installed genesis essentials for 4.5 and you are still running 4.0
the dsf was replaced by a duf which 4.0 cant do anything with
